A Busy Day in Paris 1

A Busy Day in Paris

Hey gals, what have you been up to lately? I hope you’re ready for another awesome weekend, because I sure am ūüôā I’m back on the road right now, going to new cities (and even countries)¬†that I just can’t wait to share with you, but before I do that, I really must¬†show you the second part of my journey in¬†the beautiful Paris.

Well, actually, there are three parts, but I don’t even know if I have enough time to make this story¬†a trilogy. Anyways, in my second day in Paris, I really wanted to see as many sights as I can, and I’ve started the day very, very early, with¬†quick breakfast and a hot coffee to have some energy for the day.

We took the Subway right to the Palais Garnier, the beautiful Opera in Paris, and then I’ve made a quick stop to the Lafayette Galleries, that are absolutely astonishing, to say the least. I would have loved to stay there like.. forever! but as I’ve said, I had a really busy day in front of me, and I had to move on pretty fast.

I’ve walked to the Place de la Concorde, I took a couple of shots at the lovely¬†Pont Alexandre III, and then I went the other way¬†to the massive Notre Dame Cathedral. After a short break for lunch, there was one thing left to do – I just had to check out the amazing Louvre, where I stayed almost ’till night.

The Louvre is a must see for everyone and trust me when I say that the glass pyramid in its courtyard¬†can’t be even compared to what’s inside. Precious artefacts from our past, luxurious rooms and unbelievable works of art – I even got to see the Mona Lisa first hand, and even though it was pretty crowded, it’s still a nice sensation to see the real deal from just a couple of steps away.

My outfit here:

Skirt –¬†C&A

Shirt –¬†Fofi
