Hello Girls š As I’ve said in my previous post,Ā I’ve spent three amazing days in Paris and now it’s time for the third part of my short stop there. I would have loved to stay in this beautiful city for an entire month but the euro trip had to go on sinceĀ there were many other interesting destinations just waiting for me.
It’s been a long day and I’m ridiculously tired right now, butĀ even though I’m in a completely different city, I’m still thinking of Paris and trying to find the right words for this last post. After checking out the most important sights from Paris in the first two days, Ā I’ve left one of the biggest landmarks for the last day here – theĀ stunning Versailles Palace and its gardens.
As I left the hotel, I was really excited about my visit there, but as soon as we got on the highway, my smile went away instantly, since it was so freakin’ crowded. We’ve spent more than an hour to get there and then an extra hour just to find an open parking spot, which is outrageous for any place.
In front of the palace there were thousands of people just waiting in line to get inside, and I probably would’ve spent more than 3 or 4 hours just to get inside. So sadly, I had to give up visiting the interiors of the palace and I’ve settled only for visiting its massive gardens, but next time I’m here I hope I’ll be able to discover its interior as well!
I’ve probably stayed for two hours just walking around the gardens, listening to classical music (that you could hear everywhere) and enjoying the good vibes. I was a bit sad because I couldn’t see too many flowers inside, but a delicious icecream made me forget about everything else as we left to the next destination.
For this day I’ve decided to wear a pastel combination, with the trendy colors of 2016 that were perfect for the atmosphere at Versailles.
My outfit:
