Hi, girls 🙂 I hope you’ve had a great week, because mine has been pretty awesome so far. As I’ve said in my previous post, I’m in Greece right now, enjoying the beautiful island life of Thassos, and today I’m going to share with you my first experience here.
After a pretty hard day on the road, it was time to start discovering this amazing island, a place filled with breathtaking beaches, good food and charming villages, with crazy winding roads through the mountains that just seem to provide a stunning backdrop for any photo taken here.
And since I’m on a small island, let’s not forget about the serene sunsets and sunrises, that are simply incredible!
In the first full day here, I’ve spent a couple of hours on the beach, and when the sun was just too scorching hot, we’ve decided to take a break and headed to one of the most charming villages in all of Thassos, called Theologos. It’s basically a village from the 15th century, where time seems to have stood still, with narrow cobblestone streets and many old buildings.
For this short visit I’ve went for a casual look – a chic black jumpsuit paired with the most comfortable double buckle flatform sandals I’ve ever had. These sandals are just perfect for a day of sightseeing, and since I’m a smart girl, I’ve bought two slightly different pairs. I’ve also bought this cool yellow backpack recently, that just added the splash of colors that my outfit really needed.
The temperatures here are very high and it’s more than necessary to wear a hat whatever you are when it’s this hot outside. I hope you like these photos and see you soon with a new post from Greece :*
