Hi girls… if your week has been pretty stressful this far, I think you totally need to take a break from it all and relax a little with me, because today I’m going to show another beautiful part of Budapest, with a super cool outfit and a couple of photos that I’m sure will make you plan a vacation here as soon as possible!
We’ve rented a chic apartment for our weekend break in Budapest and the best thing is that it was just a couple of minutes away from West End, which is probably the most important shopping centre in town. So obviously, I had to start my day there, with a sweet caffe latte from Starbucks that would get me going for another interesting day in town.
This day was all about going up and down, exploring Budapest’s spectacular Castle Hill with all its wonders, like the massive Buda Castle, the Fisherman’s Bastion or the lovely Matthias Church. You have to climb a ton of stairs to get to the top of the hill and trust me when I say this was more tiring than your usual morning cardio.
But it’s all worth it, and the views from the top or from the castle are absolutely amazing. But you know what’s even better than the view from Castle Hill? It’s the serene panoramic view from the hill next to it, called Gellért, which falls steeply down to the Dabube and lets you look down at almost everything Budapest has to offer, the castle, the Parliament building, the churches or the river. It’s an incredible sight, especially by night, as you’re about to see from the last photo in this post.
Anyways, for this post I’ve decided to wear something really funky and chic, with a gorgeous, colorful geometric print crop jacket from SheIN that I totally adore as the focal piece of my outfit. Since I had to walk a lot, I’ve also worn a comfortable pair of flats from BonPrix, some jeans, a white t-shirt and a lovely pair of sunglasses with white frames. I hope you like this look and also my new shots from Budapest!
