Discovering Prague, step by step 1

Discovering Prague, step by step!

Hey girls! Guess where I am as I’m writing this new post? Oh well, the title probably says it all – I’m in the beautiful Prague for the first time and I totally love it, even though it’s so freakin’ crowded! As I’ve said a couple of days ago, I’ve had another surprise planned for you this week, and usually my kind of surprises involve a short trip to a new amazing place.

We’ve planned this city break to Prague for a couple of months and unfortunately we didn’t know that Easter was in this particular weekend. So, I guess since most people had a couple of days off for Easter, they’ve all decided to travel to Prague these days.

And it was crazy, tourists everywhere you’d look and every place you’d go, especially in the main tourist sights, where there were literally thousands of people and you couldn’t even take a proper photo. But I’ve still managed to take a couple of shots for 2 posts on my blog.

In the first day the weather was pretty chilly, and I’ve visited the main sights in Prague in just one day, going from the charming old town, Stare Mesto, with all the churches, cobble stone streets and the beautiful astronomical clock, all the way to the Prague Castle, which overlooks the entire city from the top of the hill.

The most crowded place was obviously Charles Bridge, and the other places I’d recommend visiting are the Letna Park (from where you can take a great shot of all the beautiful bridges in Prague), Mala Strana, the lovely neighborhood after you cross the Charles Bridge and the massive Wanceas Square, which was filled with Easter goodies. Oh, and the Palladium Mall is also perfect for a short break.

My outfit here: Catch Serenity cardigan, H&M blouse, ZARA pants, Atmosphere bag, black boots
