A few months ago I told you that this year I’m planning to visit more places from Romania to show you how beautiful my country really is, and today I wanna share with you a few pics I took in a quick stop to Oradea. I’ve never been to this city and I always wanted to come here, and since it was right on our road back from Krakow we just had to make a quick stop in this beautiful town.
So we woke up really early and went for a walk around the town’s center and I was so surprised to see how beautiful it is. Almost the entire town center is completely restored to its former glory, and all the buildings there look so charming, with unique styles of architecture blending together in the most stunning way possible.
But the main square is just a small part of this town’s charm. There are so many gorgeous buildings on the streets nearby, and even though some of them are still under construction, it’s a wonderful sight and I’m sure that in just a few years Oradea will become one of the most beautiful cities in Romania.
Also, we’ve met here a super girl – Brigitte, with such a kind soul and an awesome Instagram feed, and we spent a few hours just wandering around and discovering a few lovely places in town. Brigitte took us to Snooz, the perfect place to enjoy a good cup of coffee in Oradea and a healthy snack in the morning, and I totally recommend it to anyone.
I was so happy I’ve met Brigitte and I think that’s the start of a little friendship. I love discovering new places and meeting new people with such a great vibe 🙂
